Information the form collects

The form asks for your name, firm name, and email. Your firm website, primary market, and the practice area or case type you want to grow are optional.

Do not submit client names, confidential case details, or other confidential legal information.

How the request is handled

Flow With Media uses the information to review and respond to your pilot request. Requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. An owner alert containing the submitted request is intended for flowwithmedia@gmail.com.

Calendly scheduling is separate

Sending the Flow With Media form saves a request; it does not book a meeting. If you select “Choose a time,” Calendly opens separately. A meeting is booked only after Calendly confirms a time, and information you provide there is handled by Calendly.

Visitor analytics

Visitor analytics are enabled through Lovable project settings to help Flow With Media understand visits and use of this website. The site also records when the pilot form is opened, when a save succeeds or fails, and when someone selects a Calendly link. These interaction events do not include names, email addresses, form entries, or confidential case information, and a Calendly click is not treated as a confirmed booking.
